Thank you for this website! As a family we were deeply hurt by the way we found out about our daughter. We don't trust doctors anymore. We have gotten through many issues with the help of our priest first and then we found a female specialist in Michigan @UofM Ann Arbor! DR.Elizabeth Quint - she is great!

Amy and Christina, I am so proud of you. When I think back. (stopped for a "good" cry) I had to stop because I started crying and had to have that good cry. I have never been called the beautiful you in all of my life much less in the context of MRKH. They were tears of what I have been through. They were tears of happiness for the wonderful name and the promise of better things to come for us MRKHers. They were tears of how far we have come from being the freaks that were treated like guinie pigs to real hope for our young MRKHers today, tomorrow, and in the generations to come. Thank you Amy and may God bless your work. Hugs Kay

What an aesthetically beautiful website -- in content and vision. Thank you for the hours of work, energy and emotion you poured into this website. Thank you for the message and hope that this website provides. "Beauty arises when something is completely and openly itself."

Congratulations on the launch of Beautiful You MRKH and your website. It was not that long ago that girls and women with MRKH (and their families) might easily have thought that they were the only one dealing with the set of circumstances known as MRKH. I wish you the greatest success in letting all those touched by MRKH to know that they are not alone and in moving the health care system to enhance care and resources.

Wow - Christina and Amy what a wonderful name to help others embrace MRKH. You are giving strength, hope and love to women with MRKH as you empower them to embrace their total being. What a wonderful gift and vision you are sharing.

This is a wonderful web site Amy and Christian! I'm 48 years old and just this summer I sought out support for my MRKH.I've had surgery and have a wonderful Korean daughter. But there was a connection I was missing all these years. Thank you for making this happen.

Great site! I was diagnosed at 17(10 years ago), and had a hard time dealing with it. It has been only with in the last couple years I have been looking for a connection with other mrkh girls and sites that offer support.

Hi Ladies, For years I felt that I was so alone in this process and that no one had an understanding or acceptance for MRKH. You see so much support and involvement for say, breast cancer research, AIDS, etc. but never anything for what I was going through. I was diagnosed at age 16 and like many of us, I didn't quite see the HUGE deal at that time. I am now 29, married to an amazingly supportive husband and feel so blessed. I have been called to research starting a Foundation in support of our syndrome and came across your website. Living down in Florida and not knowing anyone else living with this syndrome, I look forward to making an impact supporting and educating young women who are going through this transition. Thank you again for all that you do! Lauren

Hey :) I'm 28, I was diagnosed 11 years ago. I have never had a real relationship, and often the reason for that is because they can't accept my condition... Do you guys tell your boyfriends? When do you tell? I feel like if I don't say something early I lie by omission, but since I bring up the 'baby' talk already some freak out. I try to say that I don't want kids yet (I'm still in uni) but wanted to tell because if it were to get serious and we would talk babies then I wouldn't have been honest... And some don't get there are other ways to have kids.. I am already planing to go to India for surrogacy. I am very broken by the fact that no one wants me for a reason I can't do anything about...

I am SO happy to have found this website! It is wonderful. My beautiful daughter has MRKH and I can see that she is part of a very special group of young women that are absolutely amazing. I hope other moms see this site when their angels are first diagnosed. If there is any way that I can help, please let me know. I will show my daughter this site tonight! All the best to you all. :)One Blessed Mom

I am deeply moved by this site and the support community surrounding it. My beautiful daughter was diagnosed about 18 months ago. To other Moms, getting involved in their future helps....volunteer with Resolve.org, Fertility Planit or any of the many organizations that will provide them with hope.
